It's just that I was struck today by the incongruity of reading once again another statement of of the ban on religious advertising (in the code) whilst hearing on the radio that a licence for a national christian religious station had been awarded. And it won't be in the gift of the BCI (or its successor the BAI) to change this ban; that's a matter for legislation, and, unfortunately, <a href="http://econsultation.ie/ec/econswip.nsf/0/09C441AB7804585A802571A200660BD4?OpenDocument" rel="nofollow">Head 40</a>(9) and (14) of the 2006 Bill retain the ban. Yup, I agree with that.
