It&#039;s just that I was struck today by the incongruity of reading once again another statement of of the ban on religious advertising (in the code) whilst hearing on the radio that a licence for a national christian religious station had been awarded. And it won&#039;t be in the gift of the BCI (or its successor the BAI) to change this ban; that&#039;s a matter for legislation, and, unfortunately, &lt;a href=&quot;http://econsultation.ie/ec/econswip.nsf/0/09C441AB7804585A802571A200660BD4?OpenDocument&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Head 40&lt;/a&gt;(9) and (14) of the 2006 Bill retain the ban.</description>
