We now live in a society that makes it so you are afraid to share an honest opinon, even if it is hurtful, with someone in fear of lawsuits. I am not saying you should be able to make up lies about something but if you are giving your opinion however hurtful it might be people should deal with it. If I say I don't like a movie or restaurant and give my honest reason why it should not be grounds for a lawsuit as long as I can back up what I say with facts and I'm not doing it just to be mean-spirited. It's happening more and more in the hotel trade these days. It's so easy to post a review online, and where does the burden of proof lie for truthfullness and accuracy??
