		<description>Seems like there would be some Sixth Amendment issues (at least in America) with putting an animal on trial.  Proper appointment of counsel?  Translators?  Right to confront witnesses?  (Of course, one could argue that putting an animal on trial is much like putting a minor child on trial - the fact that they do not understand, or are presumed to not understand, the proceedings is no reason to squelch the machinations of justice.)</description>
