		<description>Eoin, just scouting your website. I don&#039;t see anything about s10 of the 2009 Act on the group defamation rule - have you an views on why it is that Irish law affords a greater number of wrongs to be afforded a lesser degree of liability? Essentially, if I widen my defamtion to a class, I can escape liability. 
Does not the true crux of a defamtion action lie in the community standard. S10 denies the jury their role, and fails to protect citizens.</description>
